Half the emails. The most booked calls they’ve ever had.

Airfare Snacks curates healthy snacks for hundreds of offices across the US. This is the one named case on this site, because Justin said it on camera.

In his own words

Justin, on camera.

Every number on this page is his claim, in his words, not our measurement. Three and a half minutes, unscripted.

Half

the emails he used to send

On average, last year I was sending like 10,000 emails a day. And now I'm sending 5,000, half the emails a day.
25–40

interested replies a day, up from 15

I was sending 10,000 emails a day and getting 15 interested replies. Now I'm sending half and getting 25 to 40 quite interested replies.

the opportunity rate, vs his best year

I'm double the opportunity rate, meaning double the amount of interested leads, to last year at my best. And we were doing okay last year.

“I’m not even having to move them from one automated tool to the other. It’s all wired together.”

01Where he started
Before

In his words: “Pretty manual. Manually taking leads from one place to another. We didn’t even have anything that was using AI in any way. There were a couple of months where we missed tons of people and follow-ups. Our speed to lead was atrocious.” No CRM; follow-up was Gmail snooze.

The skepticism

He didn’t start convinced. On camera: “I was very hesitant when you first brought up even Clay. I was hesitant to put in the investment up front of time. But now after doing it, it’s obvious that it saves 10X that time.” And: “Very early on, I saw evidence of it working. It was pretty fast.”

02The turn

How it ran before

  • 10,000 emails a day, brute force, for 15 interested replies
  • Leads moved between tools by hand, follow-up was Gmail snooze
  • Speed to lead, in his words: atrocious. Whole months of missed follow-ups
Systems live, July 2026 →

The system we built

  • A lead enrichment waterfall that verifies every address before sending. It recovered around 6,000 contacts the old tools had missed
  • Sending infrastructure rebuilt for deliverability: hundreds of warmed inboxes at a few sends a day each, instead of brute-force volume
  • A qualifying form that auto-ships the sample box the moment a lead completes it, then routes them to booking
  • A CRM stood up from zero, with automated follow-up for no-shows and unanswered pricing
  • Agents on the routine work: delivery-tracked follow-ups, weekly deliverability testing, every sales call recorded and searchable
“It’s not like I’m giving them a recommendation because I like you. It’s like I have the results in the company already.”
